Future generations of local taxpayers will be impacted by this agreement which has not been properly communicated to the pubic for consideration and comment on in the upcoming Public hearing, Oct/21/08 at the Best Western / Mission, BC / at the time of this writing it has come forward that Genstar/Madison has rejected this proposed 20 year PDA / they want even more commitment / like having the local government expropriate local residents properties for access to various locations of the development properties.. Some of us may not only loose their water but their retirement homes are crumbled into the garbage dump / as a reward for years & years of paying into the taxation system / based on how much the guy next door paid for his house / not what you paid for yours: Thanks Big Brother / I guess that is just the cost of greed / right ? Mass participation is the only way to fix a broken political system. Most of us say, don't waste your time, no one listens anyway, it is all a done deal, we are only going through motions of a politically correct plan: That is the real problem world wide; we have all been trained that way from day one. The rules and regulations dont say our elected representatives have to respect our wishes / even if we are the majority. When elected, suddenly they decide on what is right & wrong / even if their worldly experiences has only been selling houses or trimming toe nails / they are the experts & we are all out of line? They dont even listen to world class scientists / get them out of the way / they are interfering with the plan. Who cares about the environment, lets make money for that big party in 1st class. Realistic / not Pessimistic / Hypocrisy / not Democracy PLEASE ATTEND the Oct/21/08 Public hearing, & speak up!
